L'Oreal Paris Double Extend Eye Illuminator for Blue Eyes

Just started using it today. So far I like it, as it puts a ton of mascara on my eyes. It's been 12 hours and it is still going strong, which means it will be a mess to remove. It comes with a copper top coat that is supposed to go on the tips only "for every day accents". For intense drama, I should apply the top coat from roots to tip.
